I can talk about money forever, because it’s a microcosm of your whole life and so much more.

Blocks to your money flow is hardly ever about money.

Money is such an amazing doorway into your:

-        Sense of self-worth (do I deserve that much? Am I enough?)

-        Trust issues (trusting yourself, your own abilities, other people, life)

-        Receiving support (not trusting that anyone has got your back)

-        Giving, giving, giving, but not taking back (there can be an element of control and not wanting to feel vulnerable)

-        Safety (is it safe to receive? I might lower my guard. How much is enough for me to feel safe?)

-        Ancestral history, all the hardship and famine your grandparents and their parents lived through (am I allowed to be happy when they suffered so much?).

-        Your parents’ relationship with money and deserving good things (stories of abundance and poverty, including judgments towards rich and poor).

It’s a long list and you carry some of these stories deep in your DNA.
