You don’t feel worthy by the virtue of loosing weight. But you can love your body into a better shape, if you regain your sense of worthiness.

I don’t know how it’ll work for me. I’ve tried everything under the sun and I can’t see lasting results.
I get it. I used to be where you’re right now… Sugar was my only friend and food was the most reliable source of comfort. I showed myself love by buying ‘naughty’ food. Yes, I tried every diet under the sun - cutting out carbs, not eating bread, rejecting sugar, starving myself at times, exercising till exhaustion. It all worked… for a bit. And then I was back to a square one. Every time I looked into a mirror, I collapsed. Seeing my curves drained my energy like nothing else.
For all the years of healing, I wasn’t able to change these patterns until I reconnected with the wounded part of me, who felt so hungry for love and attention. Bringing her home to myself changed everything: I was able to listen to my body and follow its signals; I started to trust myself to eat when I am hungry and stop when I was full. Suddenly, food lost all its charge, because I felt nourished at a different level.
And that’s exactly why I’ve created this 5 week course so that you could experience this shift too.

This is a deeply healing and transformative process. You need to take responsibility for your own healing to get the results that you want (show up to the calls live or with recording and be willing to participate).

There are five 90 min live calls. You can also receive support between the calls in the FB group.

No problem. The recordings work like a charm and you’ll get as much from the recorded session as from a live one.

The time required to succeed within this programme is up to 3-4 hours per week, including the live calls. Alongside the coaching calls you can use the community in the Facebook group and the resources in the membership hub.
