I get it. I used to be where you’re right now… I used to shut down even before anyone could criticise me, avoided all forms of confontation and blamed the world for everything that was wrong with my life. Oh, and I was a massive people-pleaser.
But understanding my reactions and healing the wounding underneath them have practically changed my life. Through healing the parts of me that did not feel enough, I redefined all my relationships.
And that’s exactly why I’ve created this 4-month course so that you could experience this shift too.

Heal Avoidance and Denial
Do you go into avoidance when things get tense or stressful in your relationship(s)? Perhaps you comfort eat or distract yourself with Netflix? Are you in denial around problems in certain areas of your life? Perhaps you find excuses as to why you and your partner feel disconnected right now? Perhaps, you brush over difficult subjects or have no-go zones in your relationships, trying to avoid sharp corners and anything that may unsettle the status quo.
In this module, you'll heal what’s been driving your desire to feel good at any cost, including addictions and distractions, which helped you to avoid your feelings of inadequacy.
2. Heal What’s Underneath Your Self-Blame
Do you feel that you judge yourself harshly sometimes? Do you blame yourself for everything that goes wrong in your life? Do you strive for perfection, which then causes procrastination and collapse because you’ve set yourself standards that feels impossible to maintain?
It’s tough to live with these patterns of self-attack. It’s not your fault though.
In this module, you’ll heal the underlying cause of your self blame, so that you can start talking to yourself as your best friend, especially when things are not going right.
3. Heal Blaming Others for your pain
Do you blame your partner, parents, children, friends, colleagues, government for your pain? You may blame money for not being able to have what you want. Maybe you blame a lack of time / qualifications/ opportunities/ support etc for not living up to your fullest potential. Sometimes it's your circumstances to blame for not pursuing what you want.
If you're constantly blaming those circumstances in order to avoid a sense of failure or some other unpleasant emotion, then it becomes a problem: you're likely to feel stuck. In this module, you'll end the blame and shame game and heal the triggers beneath.
4. Heal Self-isolation, Shut Down and Withdrawal
Sometimes when you don’t feel good enough, you want to withdraw and isolate yourself. You might make excuses and avoid people and situations which make you feel insecure.
It’s not that this is wrong. But if this is your ‘normal’, it can be painful to be locked in your own world. Alone.
In this module, you’ll be releasing patterns which drive this behaviour and learning new healthy ways of staying with yourself and others.
5. Feel Enough
You’ve probably realised by now that it’s not the external accolades, your appearance or other people’s validation that makes you feel good about yourself. You probably know of many beautiful rich actresses and famous people who feel wretched on the inside. They often resort to alcohol and drugs because deep down they hate themselves.
What is that magic ingredient then that makes you feel content with yourself? That’s what you find out for yourself when you receive healing in the four modules listed above.

This is a deeply healing and transformative process. You need to take responsibility for your own healing to get the results that you want (show up to the calls live or with recording and be willing to participate).

There are eight 2-hour live calls (2 live calls per month), plus 8 pre-recorded sessions in the weeks that we don’t meet live. You can also receive support between the calls in the FB group.
