Hi! I’m Gulara, your Relationship and Trauma Healing Coach
My approach to healing is based on three pillars: healing the root of trauma, integrating the inner split caused by trauma and becoming more embodied and present. I work with a lot of healers and lead practitioner training online and in-person.
Using a unique blend of cutting-edge energy healing methods, I support you in transforming your life and acquiring skills that will enable you to do the same for others. I’m a certified Compassion Key, Non-Personal Awareness, Family Constellations and Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy practitioner, Soul Motion Dance Teacher, Spiritual Acceleration and EFT facilitator and Reiki Master.
I’m an energy healer and the author of international bestsellers Hammer, Sickle & Broom: A Memoir of Intergenerational Trauma in Azerbaijan and Fragile Freedom: A Young Woman’s Unlikely Emancipation in post-Soviet Azerbaijan.

This training includes new processes and tools I haven’t used in other programmes. The intention in using them is to create shifts in your behaviour, belief system and energetic state.
What I teach
In this programme, I’ll be teaching you advance intergenerational trauma healing skills that will create even bigger shifts for your clients. In addition, you’ll be exploring any subconscious resistance to change and rewiring your nervous system to get comfortable with more abundance and success.

Practitioners who have done level 1 practitioner training with me, want to attract a consistent flow of ideal clients and charge more for life-changing results they are able to deliver.
Why I offer this training
Level 1 practitioner training was designed to help you heal the foundations of your life, learn the framework and skills that enable you to offer powerful healing to your clients, and shift some of your marketing blocks to get you started on the path of building an aligned business.
Level 2 training will equip you with advanced skills to create life changing results for your clients. In addition, you’ll undergo processes designed to change your habitual behaviour that holds you back and shift energetic blocks in relation to marketing so that you feel able to attract ideal clients who rave about your work and happy to pay your higher rates.
Content and the dates of the programme
The programme will run in January - March 2026. All calls will take place on Mondays at 13:00-15:00 UK time online.
These are some themes we’ll be exploring:
- Advanced intergenerational trauma healing skills that will help you to heal your inner saboteurs and create quicker shifts for your clients.
Resistance release (looping behaviour where you have enthusiasm, motivation and skill, but end up pulled back into the old behaviour that holds you back – this will be a special process in itself). When you release your resistance to change, you’ll be more willing to be seen by your potential clients and help them heal their relationship with their loved ones/ body/ money, etc.
- Releasing overwhelm around tax and other consequences of your growth. This will help you to charge and earn more so that you can support your loved ones and have less stress in your life. You’ll have more capacity and energy to deliver better results for your clients because you won’t be distracted by your money worries.
- Magnetising your ideal clients will become easy when you release subconscious blocks that transmit mixed messages to your clients. You’ll have a comprehensive healing of specific marketing blocks that will allow your clients to say an easy ‘yes’ to your offers. Your clients will stop searching for solutions because you will be able to support them in getting the shifts that they desire.
