I have felt poor most of my life, irrespective of the status of my bank balance. Even when I earned a good salary and had healthy saving account, I still felt poor. It was never enough.
I didn’t feel loved, even when I knew my family showed me love and my husband adored me. I felt tired even if I didn’t do much and I chronically lacked time.
Through healing the part of me that did not feel enough, I redefined my relationship with love, money, energy and time. So much ease and flow come with feeling enough on the inside.
And that’s exactly why I’ve created this 3-hour masterclass so that you could experience this shift too.

What does it take to feel enough?
Step 1. Healing Lack
Lack creates a kind of emptiness on the inside, a void that you keep trying to fill up with more, more, more… (whatever your thing is – clothes, food, sex, screen time, friends, knowledge, money). You’ll heal the part of you that runs this pattern.
Step 2. Healing Your Sense of Failure
When you’re stuck in the place of not enough, you interpret everything as a failure. Nothing you do is ever enough. When you feel enough on the inside, you stop chasing external validation. You grow because you love it, not to prove your worth to others.
Step 3. Deeper sense of self-acceptance
When you feel enough, you stop rejecting certain experiences and learn to accept all of yourself, including your emotions (‘good’ and ‘bad’) which in turn can create deep relaxation in your system.

Everything changes when you stop justifying your existence and people-pleasing. You can relax and become a person of be-ing not do-ing. When you’re in the place of enough-ness, you’re so much closer to your true self.
