My first practitioner training!
I just got back from running my first 5-day practitioner training in constellations. Eight incredible women joined me on this adventure and it was simply phenomenal.
About a year and a half ago, I had a shamanic journey. I travelled to the 'upper world' where someone handed me a manual and said I should develop my own healing technique. I shrugged it off at the time, as it felt too far-fetching.
Then this March, two participants of my retreat said: 'Gulara, when are you going to teach what you do on your retreats?'
I thought 'How can I possibly teach what I do?' I combine about ten different techniques, some of which I studied for years.
Still, the questioned nagged at me and the answer came unexpectedly one June afternoon. I was on a walk, thinking about something entirely different, when I had a complete download of the entire training: I knew exactly what to teach and how to deliver it. I put this page together in a day (www.gularavincent.co.uk/integrated-constellations), and people started trickling in.
The result was sheer magic and dream come true. It's as if I have finally found my true calling.

The transformation in the room was palpable. By the end of the retreat, everyone was more empowered, present, grounded, content and confident.
And somehow, something shifted in me too. I don't know how yet but this experience has changed me as much as it changed them.
I always loved running retreats, but teaching...? Teaching was a completely new level of ease. This is my comfort zone. This is what I'm good at. After all, I have taught for 19 years, albeit it was law. I guess if I could teach the institutional system of the EU and people could understand me, I can certainly teach people how to do constellations, and do them well.
I'm now taking applications for the 2024 practitioner training (I'll be running Level 1 in October and Level 2 in December 2024).
In this training, I'll teach you how to:
- do three different types of constellations (it's such a powerful healing technique),
- help your clients relax and feel safe,
- feel and nurture the energy in the room, so that your clients can have bigger shifts
- clean any sticky negative energy from yourself and your clients,
- and so much more!
More importantly, I'll teach you how to listen to and follow the energy, be present and fully embodied. These are skills for any aspect of your life, especially, if you're holding space for other people in any capacity.
